Application Procedures

1. Download and Print Applications below.
2. Each applicant must complete the Application for Admission. Please answer all questions. If a question does not apply to you, write N/A (not applicable) in the space provided.
3. All applications must be submitted with the non-refundable application fee of $25. Please make checks payable to PowerHouse School.
4. Please submit a passport style photo of yourself with your application.
5. You will need One Pastoral and One Personal Reference. Please see details within the application for further directions (See Pages 5-8).
6. Application Deadline Date. As we are offering a pace set program we do not have a dead line as you can join at any time during the year. All Financial and Tuition Information must be completed and submitted with your application.

Once the Admissions Committee has reviewed your application and determined your acceptance status, you will receive a letter in the mail.

*The School will also be available as an online correspondence school for international students as well as students who live out of state or too far away to drive to and attend class at the DSMI Center. In special circumstances where a student cannot attend all classes because of family or work commitments we will allow online attendance with out disqualification. All notes and worksheets and tests are available to down load from your member’s area.  All correspondence students must apply and pay the same tuition.
